Yes we do! We take care of all of the heavy work as part of the cost so there is no unnecessary hassle for you.

Question 2

How do I pay for a bouncy castle?

Accepted Answer

Payments can be conveniently made via bank transfer or credit card, with all prices inclusive of GST.
Cash may be accepted on prior agreement.

We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. We will send you an invoice once you're ready to go ahead.

What's you cancellation policy?

Rescheduling Your Bouncy Castle Adventure:
Flexibility is key! Should you need to reschedule your booking, we offer the following options:
More than 7 calendar days before your scheduled rental date: Reschedule free of charge, subject to availability.
Less than 7 calendar days before your scheduled rental date: Rescheduling may still be possible; however, an additional administrative fee may apply.

Cancelling Your Reservation:
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
14 or more calendar days prior to your scheduled event: Receive a full refund (100%) of your booking fee.
Within 13 calendar days of your scheduled event: Receive a partial refund (50%) of your booking fee.
Please note that early notification allows for smoother adjustments for all parties involved.

Question 4

Where can I put the bouncy castle?

Accepted Answer

For safety considerations, we kindly request that bouncy castles are exclusively installed on grass surfaces when utilised outdoors. While certain locations may permit concrete setups, we strongly advise against this option to prioritise safety above all else. Alternatively, indoor hard surfaces such as community halls are perfectly suitable.

Please note that our bouncy castles are not designed for placement on gravel or sand. It's imperative that the designated area is entirely free from sharp stones, debris, pet waste, or excessive mud. In the event that access clearance or site preparation is necessary upon our arrival, or if the access/site conditions are deemed unsuitable, we retain the right to cancel the booking.

How much space do I need?

Accepted Answer

We reccommend at least half a metre space around the bouncy castle. So for a 5 x 5 metre castle you would need 5.5 x 5.5m space. All of our bouncy castles have their measurements on our website so you can plan and check before booking.

What areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We offer FREE delivery to; Matakana, Warkworth, Omaha, Point Wells, Leigh and Snells Beach.

Question 7

Can we use the bouncy castle indoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we set up bouncy castles and slides indoors for internal hires such as, day cares, schools, village halls and all types of indoor venues.

You will need to check the height of the ceiling at your venue to ensure the inflatable you have chosen will fit. The minimum space required allowing for the inflation tube and air blower at the back together with the necessary safety mats can be found on the Our Castles page.

Can we move the bouncy castle?

No, once the bouncy castle has been delivered, installed and we have left the event space, it must not be moved  under any circumstances

Question 9

Is there an age limit?

Accepted Answer

Our castles are suitable for children up to the age of 12.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Question 10

How long will be get the bouncy castle we have hired for?

Accepted Answer

We usually deliver our bouncy castles early morning on the day of the your event and pick up late afternoon.

We are very generous with our products and if we do not have a booking the day before your event we would be happy to come and set up a day earlier for your little ones to have extra time for bouncing!

We ask that you please let us know your delivery and collection times as far in advance as possible. Please also let us know if it is not possible to deliver your product early or collect it late, for instance if it is a venue booking.

Question 11

Can I use the bouncy castle when it is raining?

Accepted Answer

For your safety we ask that everyone stops bouncing and you turn off the blower until the rain has stopped.

When the rain has stopped you can inflate the bouncy castle again and wipe it down as best as you can with a towel to prevent a slippery surface.

Some of over castles have a rain cover.
